While working with Movement Center LA, Erin has had the opportunity to work closely with Master Trainer, Christina Stroh during her first and second pregnancies. Along with her own exploration, this has given Erin an inside look as to how you train and prepare a woman during her pregnancy, for child birth and the recovery process after. Not only physically, but mentally as well will you feel at ease and prepared to go into the nine months of pregnancy and motherhood.
